We are delighted that you are interested in applying for an apartment at San Marco Village Apartments.

MONTHLY RENT

• Includes Trash Removal, Pest Control and Landscaping

• In Addition to Rent you are responsible for Water & Electricity. Please call JEA to setup your Electricity account directly.

APPLICATION FEE

• $50 (non-refundable) per adult over 18

REQUIREMENTS

• INCOME MUST BE AT LEAST 2.5 TIMES THE MONTHLY RENT

• NO EVICTIONS

• NO FELONIES

• 1 YEAR Continuous Employment with Current Employer

• Copy of Government Issued Photo ID

• Copy of 2 Consecutive Months Proof of Income (example: 4 pay stubs if paid biweekly, social security statement of benefit, etc)

MOVE IN

• Security Deposit (One Month Rent Refundable or $500/one time + $50/month Non Refundable Deposit Waiver)

• First Month Full Rent

PETS

• We welcome ONE small cat or dog under 25 lbs per unit

• No Aggressive Breed

• Non Refundable Pet Fee = $250 Due at Move In

• $25/Month Pet Rent

OCCUPANCY

• Included Occupancy = 2 persons/bedroom, each additional person is $50/month/person additional rent

INSUFFICIENT FUNDS

• You will be charged $50 if Your Payment is Returned for Insufficient Funds

The grounds for which a rental application may be denied include but not limited to:

• Failure to provide accurate or complete information on an application

• Insufficient current income

• Poor credit history

• Poor rental history
